We should have known better with judge like her. 

Clinton appointee Susan Bolton gutted the Arizona law, strengthening the left’s modus operandi of shopping for a liberal judge when they want something.  In the long run, it matters little.  This case is made for Anthony Kennedy to decide.   He’s Mister Swing Vote on the Supreme Court, which will get this case.   There are four reliable liberals including Wise Latina Woman whose minds are likely made up regardless of the law.  So the fate of the nation may rest with Justice Kennedy.  If he votes for open borders and we get amnesty, the United States will survive but as a very different nation.  Not so much because of the foreign culture that will begin to dominate, but because most of our new citizens will vote for Democrats.
